A different consultant may offer differing opinions, so it is very important that you feel we are the best fit for

Support policies
We value your business and we make ourselves available to you as much as possible. Once we know your business, we'll have a better understanding of how to best address and fix problems which may arise. However, some limitations exist with what we can do. The extent of our involvement in your operation is for you to decide. We will explain what our policies are regarding ongoing support and what options are available to you and if you at some time feel you need our greater involvement, please feel free to let us know.
Refund policy
As mentioned, our work is consultative in nature and the very value of it is based upon observaiton and professional opinion. We provide resources, options and packages that will assist you with ways to better run your operation. If you have problems with any of our services, materials or recommendations, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do what we can to help resolve the issue or take other measures to find the solutions you need as quickly as possible.
Need Help Fast?
We will do what we can to quickly come up an contract agreement and solution package for you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind, there are rarely quick solutions to entrenched problems, however we will find a way to minimize your issues until we can find the solution you need.
