Menuink Consulting originally began in 2001 with the idea of being a global source of information for the entire hospitality industry. Soon discovering that many Sole Proprietors, Companies and Investment Funds wanted hands on assistance in their operations, we brought together a team of chefs, managers and operators who are financially savvy, cutting edge operators who deliver what those businesses need.

With our central office located in Seattle, our team resides in the major hubs of the US hospitality industry; Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York and our goal is to advise and help hospitality businesses thrive no matter which part of the country you're in. Our team has been hands on in this industry for over 150 years of combined experience, working internationally and in over 25 different U.S. states.

Menuink is a hands-on advisory and management firm specializing in hospitality operations for all classes of hotels, restaurants and resorts. Our team works in conjunction with investors, owners and site managers to create, establish and consult the full spectrum of hospitality programs by delivering systems and packages unique to your businesses needs.

Because we choose to limit our project involvement, this firm focuses on the needs of your business and we deliver the best package possible for your operation, not the same package as the last project worked upon.
